The name "Repluno", the logo, the texts and visuals on this website are the exclusive property of Phennexia LLC. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

Any third-party brand names shown are used for illustration only and remain the property of their respective owners.

The repluno.com website collects personal data only when you provide it yourself, for example via the newsletter signup or when you contact us. This information is used to answer your request, is never resold, and most exchanges continue via WhatsApp or email.

For clients under a Repluno contract, each installation is a separate instance. Your data stays under your control, exportable at any time, and deletable on request.

Pricing and payment. Three plans, billed in USD. Lite and Pro: a monthly subscription, payable monthly or yearly. Zero effort: a monthly subscription that includes the managed service. Payment by card (Stripe) or bank transfer.

Delivery timeline. Lite is self-serve: the client space is created by Repluno after order confirmation, subject to available spots. For Pro and Zero effort, website go-live within about 5 business days of the order, provided the client supplies the requested items (stock, numbers, messaging access).

15-day money-back guarantee. From go-live of any plan, the client has 15 days to use the service in real conditions. If they are not satisfied, the first payment is refunded in full to the payment method used, within 3 to 5 business days.

Cancellation. The monthly subscription (Lite, Pro or Zero effort) can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice, at no cost. At the end of the contract, the client recovers all their data and keeps their domain name.

Disputes. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the registered address of Repluno.
