Terms of Service.

Repluno is a software platform for car dealers, operated by Phennexia LLC, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States (“Repluno”, “we”). These terms govern your use of the Repluno platform: the dealer backoffice, the dealer websites we publish, and the related services.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the dealership you represent.

Sign-in credentials are personal and confidential. The dealership owner manages team accounts and roles from the backoffice and is responsible for who has access.

You are responsible for all activity under your accounts. Tell us immediately at contact@repluno.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account that threatens the security or integrity of the service.

Repluno is sold as a subscription in three plans (Lite, Pro, Zero effort), billed in USD. Payment by card (Stripe) or bank transfer.

If a payment is missed, your account enters a grace period before features are limited. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; they apply from your next billing cycle.

Everything you put into Repluno stays yours: your stock, photos, prices, leads, conversations and documents. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for complying with the laws that apply to your dealership and your customers. You can export your data at any time and request deletion when you leave.

Do not use Repluno for anything illegal, to send spam, or to harass anyone. Messaging integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram) must be used in line with Meta’s own policies.

Do not probe, overload or attempt to breach the security of the platform, and do not resell access to Repluno without a written agreement with us.

We work to keep Repluno available around the clock, with short maintenance windows when needed. Support is provided via WhatsApp and email on business days.

The service is provided “as is”; we continuously improve it and may add, change or retire features, keeping the core value of your plan intact.

To the extent permitted by law, Repluno is not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data caused by events outside our control, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The satisfaction guarantee described on the pricing page applies to new orders.

We may terminate an account for a serious breach of these terms after notice. After termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted from our systems.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we notify you by email or in the backoffice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
