Repluno is operated by Phennexia LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. This policy covers the repluno.com website, the dealer backoffice, and the dealer websites we host.

For data about you as our customer, Phennexia LLC is the data controller. Contact: contact@repluno.com.

Account data: name, work email, role, and login activity (time and IP address, kept for security auditing). Dealership content: your stock, photos, prices, documents and settings.

Customer and lead data that your team enters or that arrives through your connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram). Technical data: server logs and aggregate usage needed to run and secure the service.

The backoffice uses a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The marketing site uses aggregate analytics to understand traffic.

To operate the platform, secure accounts (including auditing failed sign-ins), answer support requests, send transactional email such as password resets, and invoice subscriptions.

We improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage data. We never sell personal data.

Repluno runs on vetted infrastructure providers: cloud hosting, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for card payments, and Meta for the messaging channels you connect. Each processes data only to deliver its function.

Each dealership’s data lives in its own tenant, isolated from every other dealership. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

For the leads, conversations and customer records inside your backoffice, your dealership is the controller and Repluno acts as processor on your instructions. Export and deletion tools are built in; we use this data for nothing beyond running the service for you.

We keep your data for the life of your subscription. After termination you have 30 days to export; we then delete your tenant from production systems and rotate it out of backups, keeping only what the law requires (such as invoices).

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt), every tenant is isolated at the application layer, and internal access follows least privilege. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time, from the backoffice or by writing to contact@repluno.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
