Why speed matters
A buyer who finds a car online rarely writes to one dealer. He writes to several at the same time, and the first useful answer usually gets the visit.
Most lost buyers are not lost on price. They are lost because nobody answered, or the answer came the next morning.
1. Decide who answers, and when
Pick one person per time slot who owns the WhatsApp number. If everyone is responsible, nobody is.
Write the slots down: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends. Outside those hours, an away message tells the buyer when he will get an answer.
2. Prepare your answers once
Most questions repeat: is it available, what is the last price, can I see more photos, where are you. Save a ready answer for each one with WhatsApp quick replies.
Keep a folder per car on the phone with photos and a short video, so you can send them in seconds.
3. Answer with the car, not just words
"Yes, available" is not an answer. Send the photos, the video, the price and the mileage in the first reply. The buyer should not need to ask twice.
End with one clear next step: a time to visit, or a call.
4. Follow up the buyers who go quiet
A buyer who stops replying is not always gone. Write once after a day, and again after a few days with a similar car or a new arrival.
Use labels (new, waiting, visit planned) so you can see at a glance who needs a message today.
How Repluno helps
Repluno puts every WhatsApp message in one shared inbox your whole team can use, each with their own login. Every buyer becomes a lead with the car he asked about, his status and the ad he clicked. You can send saved replies and cars from your stock straight into the chat.
